National Tree Planting Day ...

... at The Old Drouin Swimming Hole in Lampard Rd.

It all started in 2016 and many trailer-loads later, the site was getting close to being ready for planting.

Baw Baw Shire mulched the area for us and provided 300 plants for understorey.

On National Tree Day we rolled up our sleeves and got stuck in.

Some of us were happy to be involved.

Others were flat out!

A wonderful morning tea gave us a chance to chat and re-fuel for the final leg.

The plants are in and the site looks great but we have a couple of minor 'infrastructure additions' yet to be made.

Well done crew.
